Observation

Many small toys were seen on the floor that could pose a choking hazard to the children in attendance. Many cords were seen dangling and within child reach. Outside several broken items were seen. examples: A riding toy has cracked and broken plastic and a garbage can has broken pieces of plastic. The door to the laundry room was open, leaving the washer and dryer accessible to children who go down the hallway to use the bathroom. An infant rocking chair was seen to have rips on the seat fabric,not longer in good repair. There is not a gate at the bottom of the stairs outside in the play area. Many electrical cords were seen dangling, and many seen accisible to the children not plugged in.
